Think you might benefit from the chance to get away from the office and go back to school? Check out Rita’s one week course, Leading Strategic Growth and Change.

Leading Strategic Growth and Change is a five-day program, based in New York City, that focuses on the process of finding opportunities, launching new ventures, and leading necessary organizational changes to revitalize an organization. Participants learn how to thrive in rapidly changing and highly uncertain environments, gain insight into a current pressing change initiative within their own organization, and immediately begin to apply the learning to make rapid progress on the issue.

Rita also teaches in two Columbia programs, the General Management Leadership program and Columbia’s flagship Advanced Management Program (formerly CSEP).

Women in Leadership: Expanding Influence and Leading Change

Rita is delighted to be Columbia Business School’s faculty leader in partnership with Barnard College’s Athena Center for Leadership to launch a new course designed specifically to help participants gain insight into how they can better build confidence, build skill and become effective change agents and advocates inside and outside their organizations.  The course will run in June (13-14-15) on the Columbia campus, with a three-week pre-course preparation period and a follow-up application and coaching period.  We’ll also be fostering alumna networking and support activities.  You can download the course brochure here and find more information at the course website.
