Grabbing Lightning
Our good friends over at RPI (authors of the book Grabbing Lightning) have posted a great set of observations about how organizations can set up a system for truly breakthrough innovation. Among the points they make is that it’s vital to use the right planning tools for the amount of uncertainty you’re facing, an observation that I would echo. You can read the post at their web site.

Hi Rita, Thanks for the nod! I’ve been reading your stuff for years, and of course am a big fan. Lots going on on the innovation front these days. I think we’re seeing innovation emerge as the next business function in companies. No more just a fad, or just a process, or just a heart throb of (some) senior leaders. A real management discipline. And business schools need to step up to the plate. Cheers, Gina
