Getting a handle on your exposure to over-leveraged customers

My colleague and co-author, Ian MacMillan has been doing a fair amount of work to help companies anticipate when their customers could be dangerously over-leveraged.  He’s developed a remarkably simple analytical tool that will allow companies to segment their customers into risk categories and see what the big picture problems are that they might be facing.  To view a video and access the tool on line, click here.
